We are dedicated to developing the uniquely theatrical voices of our company of artists, directors, designers and actors as enriched by our shared community.   We choose to celebrate the theatrical event of sharing a physical space with the audience, we honor their impact from as soon as they enter our lobby until after the show and the last drink is served.

One of the fundamental ways we pursue this mission is through our recurring evening of short plays, The Dare Project. The Dare Project is a laboratory where our writers compose new ten-minute plays based on a dare which has been determined by our community's commissioning.  In past productions, the dares have been selected by a random drawing of suggestions from the audience, from specific ideas crafted by the theatre company's board, and from the personal opinions of those who know the writers best.
